Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Day Shift Medical Laboratory Scientist II to perform testing under CLIA and ensure accurate results and records. The role includes supervising duties as General Supervisor and maintaining quality control, training and inventory management.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences and ASCP certification, with 1–2 years of lab experience.

Formación

• Education required as stated: Bachelor's in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of lab experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform waived and non-waived tests under CLIA guidance.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and oversee staff as needed.
• Maintain records, QC review, and inventory management.
