The position is a full time, onsite evening role with 40 hours per week, scheduled 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend coverage. Pay scales vary by level and certification, with offers based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or related field; or Associate’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology with LIC/Certs as applicable.
• Experience: MLS II requires appropriate certification or experience as stated in job description.

Responsabilités

• Performs waived/POC, moderate, and high complexity CLIA testing as appropriate to role and competency.
• Investigates problems with equipment, test results, specimens, or workflow; performs QC and proficiency testing.
• Reports results and consults with healthcare providers; supports training and education of new staff.
