Avera Aberdeen Family Physicians Laboratory is seeking a Laboratory Scientist/Technologist to perform a variety of clinical tests and manage instrument operations. The role requires MLS/MT education with certs in AMT or ASCP within 1 year and hands-on experience in quality control and assay procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor's transcripts showing MLS/MT degrees or AMT/ASCP certifications within 1 year.
• Experience with clinical laboratory testing, quality control, calibration and instrument maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of laboratory instrumentation and disciplines.
• Initiate corrective actions and manage workflow to ensure timely testing.
• Perform basic to complex clinical laboratory tests per procedures.
