Labcorp in Seattle, WA seeks a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team. Work schedule Friday-Monday 9:00 PM–7:30 AM at Cherry Hill Hospital Stat Lab.

The role involves testing specimens and maintaining instrumentation to ensure accurate patient results. We require a Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science and ASCP or AMT certification. Responsabilités

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing.
• Perform routine and complex procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Demonstrate ability to make technical decisions regarding testing.
• Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls.
• Report accurate test results to deliver quality patient care.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance and QC procedures.
• Identify and replenish testing bench supplies.
• Assist with processing of specimens as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear PPE.

LabCorp is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team in Seattle, WA.

Schedule: Friday-Monday 09:00PM - 7:30AM. Location: Cherry Hill Hospital Stat Lab.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
• Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
• Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
• Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
• Perform and document preventative maintenance and quality control procedures
• Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
• Assist with processing of specimens when needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
• ASCP or AMT certification

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.

**Pay Range: $34.21- $52.14 per hourPlus 3rd shift differential

Benefits: Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), accrue up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (0.0333) hours of sick leave for each hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, Tuition Reimbursement and the Employee Stock Purchase PlanLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:
