Qualifications

• MLT certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Associate degree required.
• Hospital experience of 1 year or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological, and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• Produce accurate results in hematology, serology, chemistry, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and other areas designated.
• Maintain quality results by running standards and controls and calibrating equipment per testing procedures.
