White Rock Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform routine and specialized tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and more. You will operate and maintain instruments, ensure quality control, and report results to physicians in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of OSHA/CLIA/Safety standards, and teamwork in a healthcare environment. Standing for long shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze specimens following established laboratory protocols.
• Report results to physicians promptly and maintain accurate records.
