CentraCare Health in Monticello, MN is seeking a Medical Lab Technician or Medical Lab Scientist to perform clinical laboratory procedures across chemistry, hematology, microbiology and more, following regulatory standards.

The role requires ASCP-BOC certification within 6 months, an associate degree in CLT/MLT, and BLS. The candidate will rotate through benches, maintain quality, document results, and support patient safety while delivering reliable lab data.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CLT/MLT with ASCP-BOC certification planned within 6 months.
• BLS certification required; ASCP-BOC certification preferred within 6 months.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical laboratory procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and other areas.
• Monitor quality and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure accuracy.
• Operate, maintain, and validate laboratory equipment and records.
• Rotate through benches including Microbiology, Hematology, Urinalysis, and more.
• Support patient safety and interact with patients and staff as needed.
