Job summary

Under supervision, you will perform a limited menu of qualitative and quantitative tests, ensuring accurate results and timely reporting while completing required training and SOP documentation. The role emphasizes professional conduct with staff, ongoing competency assessment, and potential involvement in quality control, maintenance, and patient instruction as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in an MLT/MLS student program and eligible for internship status.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and STAT laboratory testing with supervision and documentation.
• Completes required quality control testing and maintains records for regulatory compliance.
• May assist with maintenance, calibration, and proficiency testing as assigned.
• Provides instruction to patients and families as needed, and supports supply inventory management.
