Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy venipuncture procedures with patient prep and collection.
• Conduct accurate laboratory analyses and document results with quality control.
• Assist with quality assurance measures and instrument maintenance.
• Provide training and assess competency of new staff.
• Develop and update laboratory procedures and forms as needed.
• Maintain patient records and billing-related documentation.
