Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy including patient prep and specimen collection.
• Execute laboratory analyses across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis and immunology with accurate result reporting.
• Maintain instruments, run quality control and document preventive maintenance.
• Process test requisitions, billing, and documentation for problem resolution and corrective action.
• Access patient data using phones, fax, and electronic systems; maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor supplies and use proper inventory procedures; dispose of expired items appropriately.
