You will work in the Core Laboratory - Marcum & Wallace, supporting physicians and patient care with timely analytic testing.

Applicants should hold a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field, be CLIA-certified or eligible (ASCP preferred), and demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biology or Biochemistry (CLIA-approved program).
• ASCP certification or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine tests on blood, tissues and specimens.
• Provides physicians with quality results and ensures patient safety.
• Maintains QC/QA and equipment integrity.
• Adheres to safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
