Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or equivalent.
• ABHES or CAAHEP accredited training preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance and specimen collection.
• Conduct post-analytical activities and report results.
• Assist with proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.
• Educate and train staff, and provide guidance to clinical personnel.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE usage.
