Chattahoochee Technical College seeks an Assistant Clinical Coordinator/Instructor for its Medical Laboratory Program. Some online instruction may be used. The position requires MLT/MLS ASCP certification, an associate degree in a health-related field, and 2 years of MLT/MLSP experience.

Qualifications

• MLT or MLS ASCP Certification required.
• Associate degree in MLT or health-related field.
• 2 years of MLT/MLSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student rotations with Clinical Coordinator and monitor clinicals.
• Instruct students in accordance with program policies and syllabus.
• Utilize online instruction/communication with students as needed.
• Mentor, tutor, and advise program students.
• Proctor written exams and evaluate psychomotor skills in lab and practicum.
• Operate laboratory equipment and maintain lab spaces in collaboration with faculty.
• Attend recruitment events and respond to communications promptly.
• Complete required professional development and other duties as assigned.
