Job summary

Reading Area Community College is seeking a Part-Time Adjunct Instructor to teach MLT 211-Clinical Laboratory Techniques in the Medical Laboratory Technology Program. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or equivalent, along with relevant certification and recent clinical experience.

The instructor will engage students through lectures and hands-on lab experiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of essential laboratory skills. Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned course using the approved curriculum and course materials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related biological science

Current MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP), or equivalent nationally recognized certification
