Qualifications

• 2 years of prior medical sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Strong tactful persuasion.
• Proficient with automated computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; work under pressure and deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Organized self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives set by management annually.
• Establish a territory management plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and staff; explain marketing materials.
• Seek out new physician offices/groups to contact.
• Educate the referring community about imaging technology developments.
• Participate in regional Marketing Blitz activities.
• Track and monitor referral volume and identify trends.
• Update marketing database (Hubspot).
• Attend weekly conference calls and quarterly meetings with SHC Marketing team.
• Participate in center monthly staff meetings to report on initiatives.
• Attend quarterly Marketing Strategy Review Meetings.
• Respond to voicemail, text and email messages promptly.
• Provide accurate and timely expense reporting.
• Supply information for quarterly JV Board meetings.
