Block Imaging is seeking a field-service technician to deliver high-quality support for medical imaging equipment, including X-ray and ultrasound systems. The role involves installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting across the United States, with emphasis on safety and OEM specifications.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of imaging engineering experience, a engineering degree, and strong communication skills to work with healthcare partners and internal teams.

Qualificações

• 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
• GE and/or Siemens X-ray and Siemens Ultrasound field service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems and computer components to meet OEM specifications and customer expectations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve advanced electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues.
• Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
• Document new processes and provide training to end users, while supporting additional duties as needed.
• Ensure updates, calibrations or repairs are completed properly by running tests or diagnostics.
