Block Imaging is seeking a field service technician to deliver high-quality service and support for X-ray and ultrasound imaging equipment across the United States. You will install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain systems while complying with OEM specifications and safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, professional on-site interactions, and ongoing knowledge expansion. Travel is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent.
• GE and/or Siemens brand X-ray or Ultrasound field service experience preferred.
• Travel 30%+; meet driver eligibility requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied environments.

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems and computer components to OEM specs.
• Provide timely updates and training to end users; document service activities.
