Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Customer Service Engineer to service AX/XP/MR/CT imaging equipment in the Amarillo, TX area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision, delivering timely repairs and operator training for optimal performance.

You will also manage territory finances, ensure calibration equipment is up to date, and maintain customer relationships while mentoring peers. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree preferred.
• Proficient with tools and service test equipment; ability to work both individually and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools (including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• Can locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams and functional descriptions.
• 3–5+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service AX/XP/MR/CT Imaging Equipment in the Amarillo, TX area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems.
• Provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance; meet/exceed revenue, expense, and inventory goals.
• Track tool/test equipment expiration dates and document usage in eFSR.
• Manage company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory).
• Mentor other CSEs on competencies and responsibilities.
