Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer IBEW1 to service CT, MRI, and molecular imaging equipment at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance while training operators to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electro-mechanical or biomedical service, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with test equipment and MS Office. Valid driver's license required and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree or training preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• MS Office applications proficiency.
• 10+ years' electro-mechanical or biomedical service experience.

Responsibilities

• Servicing CT (CAT scan), MRI and molecular imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Support financial performance in territory via inventory/time management and service-call closure.
• Manage assets including company car, phone, computer, tools, and parts; perform admin duties.
