563d Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support for imaging equipment across the Central/Western region, including CT and Brewster, NY. Responsibilities include installing and servicing Siemens imaging equipment while ensuring customers receive optimal performance through training and effective repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of field service experience on medical imaging equipment. Strong customer service skills and a valid driver’s license are required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of field service experience on medical imaging equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment.
• Perform repairs and provide operator training.
• Control inventory and manage company assets.
