Job summary

Hyperfine, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer in Texas to deploy, maintain, and support our portable MRI systems across global sites.

Hybrid role—remote and on-site work as needed—with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution. You will lead installations, diagnose hardware and software issues, document work in Salesforce, and collaborate with cloud teams to optimize connectivity and workflows (PACS, RIS, MWL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years installing, troubleshooting, repairing, or calibrating complex systems (medical devices preferred).
• 2+ years networking experience (Ethernet, DHCP, Wi‑Fi).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for installation, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical device systems.
• Serve as main contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within SLAs.
• Document actions and resolutions in Salesforce, and monitor cases across channels.
• Maintain tools and spare parts; document proper use and calibration frequency.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering and network teams to resolve cloud, connectivity, and optimization issues.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 75% and participate in on-call rotations.
