Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is hiring a Medical Front Office Specialist for the Westover clinic in San Antonio. The role supports front desk operations, insurance verification, and patient check-in, with a focus on accurate documentation and patient privacy.

Responsibilities include managing phones, walk-ins, and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow. Requires BLS certification, ability to pass a background check, and a positive, child-friendly approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Pediatric or urgent care front desk experience is nice to have.

Status:Seasonal-Full Time

Pay:$14-$16 depending on experience

• Clinic Hours are as follows:Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
