Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Front Office Specialist for Wonderland Clinic at 4522 Fredericksburg Rd, Suite A-11. You’ll be the friendly first contact, handle check-ins, insurance verification, and payments, and guide families through the visit.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to maintain smooth patient flow, document in the EMR, and safeguard privacy. Requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, US work authorization, and a background check clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

What We Need

When We Operate (Schedule)

• Clinic Hours are as follows:Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
• Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
