Qualifikationen

• 1 year of medical front desk and customer service experience.
• 6 months of EMR experience required.
• ECW or Athena preferred.
• 6 months of obtaining prior authorization experience.

Aufgaben

• Registers all new patients at check-in and enters data in the system.
• Requests co-pays, balances and coinsurance from patients at arrival.
• Supports front-desk calls, scheduling, check-out and chart prep.
• Completes pre-certifications and pre-authorizations prior to arrival.
• Moves between locations as needed.
