True Vine Concepts LLC is seeking a dedicated front office professional to join our busy clinic in Los Angeles. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, managing high phone volumes, and ensuring smooth patient check-in/check-out processes.

Ideal candidates will have medical front office experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm in person. Competitive hourly pay with benefits such as 401(k) and health insurance is offered.
