Medical Front Desk Representative, Full-time, Frederick, MD

Job Summary:

AllerVie is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative to support our clinic by offering excellent customer service to our patients. We are a great company looking for great people who want to be a part of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and administer patient check-in / check-out
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and address inquiries
  • Collecting payment at the time of service or discussing payment arrangements
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Supports clinic team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a customer service mindset
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields a plus. Experience in a medical customer service role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including email, Word, etc.
