Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Communications Specialist (Front Desk), a crucial role within our community. As the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates, you'll set the tone for their experience and ensure a warm and welcoming environment.

We are seeking employees with flexible schedules who can pick up shifts as they become available due to call outs, vacations, etc.

Compensation: $15/hr

How You Will Make an Impact

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; handle questions and concerns efficiently
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page physicians as needed
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
• Track resident situations, hospitalizations, and other statuses
• Manage resident lists and maintain accurate census and mail records

What You Will Need

• Receptionist experience
