Job Description:

Provide receptionist services for clients at their site.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office duties.
  2. Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person.
  3. Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable.
  4. Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area.
  6. Order and stock supplies as needed.
  7. Assist with department overflow work.
  8. Back-up mail room operations when needed.
  9. Perform other administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably as a Receptionist.
  • Previous experience in a client service field is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally, patiently, and diplomatically.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preferred Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The compensation range for this role is $19.01 to $24.00 per hour, potentially including an annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
