AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to provide front desk support in a hospital, ambulatory, or surgery center setting. The role involves scheduling patient appointments, collecting insurance information, and entering data into the system while delivering accurate financial information to clients.

The position emphasizes quality customer service, participation in performance improvement, and a strong commitment to teamwork and cooperation within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk office support.
• Schedules patient appointments in a timely and organized manner.
• Enters client information into the computer and maintains accurate records.
• Provides accurate financial information to clients.
