Job summary

AtlantiCare in Linwood, NJ seeks a Client Services Representative to provide front desk support in a hospital or ambulatory setting. You will schedule patient appointments, collect insurance information, enter data, and communicate accurate financial details to patients and staff.

The role requires 1–3 years of office experience (medical preferred), High School diploma, and familiarity with insurance processes and coding concepts. Training on internal systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance knowledge; CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge and proficiency with clinical applications.

Responsibilities
