Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to perform front desk duties, scheduling, and insurance data entry in a medical oncology setting. You will ensure accurate financial information for patients and support collaborative performance-improvement efforts across departments.

The role requires 1–3 years of office experience in healthcare, a high school diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, and CPT4/ICD-10 coding familiarity. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience; CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk office support and schedule patient appointments.
• Enter client information into computer and manage patient insurance data.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients.
• Support performance improvement and teamwork.
• Report to Department Director or Nursing Leadership as assigned.
