AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative for the Surgery Center to support front desk operations and patient scheduling. You will enter patient data, verify insurance information, and provide accurate financial details to clients in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to performance standards within a hospital or ambulatory setting. Training on Clinical Applications will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, 4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk office support at the hospital or ambulatory setting.
• Ensures timely and organized scheduling of patient appointments.
• Enters client information into the computer and provides accurate financial information to clients.
• Supports organizational goals with quality customer service and teamwork.
