The role emphasizes customer service excellence and adherence to performance improvement efforts, with training provided for clinical applications and CPT4/ICD-10 coding as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance and CPT4/ICD‑10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications; training provided and competency expected within 30–60 days.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner.
• Collect patient insurance information and enter client data into the computer.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients.
• Deliver quality customer service and support teamwork and improvement efforts.
