Qualifications

• Front desk or patient-facing experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and CPT codes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer questions and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information when scheduling.
• Assist with telephone operations and routing of calls.
• Protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
