• Obtain personal and insurance data from patients and input into EMR.
• Manage patient flow and rooms to support clinic efficiency.

• Prepare daily deposits, reconciliations and statistics.
• Maintain front office supplies and equipment functionality.
• Answer calls with quality customer service.
• Keep waiting area and restrooms clean and presentable.
• Schedule appointments via NextCare website and coordinate with back office.
