This role goes beyond a traditional receptionist; you will handle patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, copay collection, EMR documentation, and help maintain a welcoming, organized environment for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience in medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in person and over the phone.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in the EMR.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support clinic flow and communicate with providers and patients.
