Ideal candidates will have medical front office or scheduling experience, excellent patient service and phone skills, and a reliable, punctual work style.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical front office, patient access or medical scheduling is required.
• Strong communication and patient service skills are essential.
• Ability to update insurance and demographic information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients arriving for appointments.
• Handle patient check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Update patient insurance information and demographics.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice system.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to support patient flow.
