This full-time, on-site role requires professionalism, friendliness, and a patient-centered approach as you welcome visitors and support registration, scheduling, and communications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to listen actively and collaborate with team members.

• Preferred: one year of experience in a medical office setting.

Responsabilités

• Answers phone calls professionally and assists caller’s needs.
• Greets patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Checks-in patients, updates records, collects copays and balances.
• Assists patients with ambulatory difficulties and other needs.
• Schedules appointments, handles referrals and pre-certifications.
• Files charts and coordinates lab work.
• Sorts and delivers mail and medical records.
• Maintains a neat work area; maintains confidentiality and compliance.
