Job summary

Augusta Endoscopy Center is seeking a friendly front office receptionist to join our fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage check-in/out with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am to close (usually 4:30 pm–5:00 pm). Strong data entry and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to converse clearly with patients in person
• Computer efficiency, strong data entry, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for an extended period of time
• Experience as a receptionist and/or knowledge of medical insurance (preferred)
• Protect patient information
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Work without cellphone use
• Must have a great attitude!
