Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone calls and determine nature of inquiries; schedule appointments; route calls; take messages.
• Greet patients and family; collect registration and insurance data; update billing system.
• Assist with charge entry, referrals, and pre-certifications when needed; schedule tests and specialist visits.
• Support patient flow into the practice and prepare charts for staff as needed.
• Provide age-appropriate care information according to the practice specialty.
