Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Field Service Technician II to prepare products for patient use, perform cleaning, disinfection, checks, and minor repairs across rental and customer-owned medical devices. The role involves direct customer contact and 24/7 service support in centers and customer accounts.

Shift: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with flexibility. You will operate vehicles safely, travel as needed, and contribute to delivering timely patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform math calculations and understand measurements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned products.
• Repair malfunctioning components and adjust equipment as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays.
• Load/unload medical products up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete contract-required activities.
• Safely operate box trucks up to 26,000 pounds.
