Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Service Representative to service Varian Medical Systems equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently at all times.

The role involves managing service territory, scheduling, and maintaining documentation; you will communicate with customers and internal teams to prioritize and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS Degree or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate degree, technical /vocational training or military experience with electronics.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills in a field service context.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment within an assigned service territory.
• Manage time and schedule for preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Escalate incidents when necessary and seek assistance from senior team members.
