Job summary

Gore seeks a Cardiac Field Sales Associate to promote structural heart devices across a Mid-Ohio territory. This remote role covers from Lima to Mansfield, Columbus area and surrounding regions, with up to 50% travel.

You will build physician relationships, promote advanced technologies, and work within a support-driven sales team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of medical device sales and strong Interventional cardiology experience, plus travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in selling and/or clinical support of medical devices, preferably Structural Heart.
• Experience building relationships with interventional clinicians.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of interventional procedures and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; proven ability to learn new products and markets.
• Valid driver's license and credentialing requirements.

Job description

We are looking for a Cardiac Field Sales Associate to join our team in the Medical Products Division. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new structural heart products in all FDA approved areas and applications. You should be passionate about selling state-of-the art implantable medical devices that are the highest quality in their class and be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

This role will manage a new territory of Mid-Ohio. It will include areas from Lima over to Mansfield going south to Columbus south to the Ohio border and and some areas East of Columbus to the eastern and sourthern state borders. Will include area above Cincinnati to Dayton as well.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Columbus Ohio, or surrounding areas.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience selling and or clinical support of medical devices preferably in the Strucutural Heart arena
• Prior experience developing relationships and supporting interventional clinicians such as interventional cardiologists
• Strong clinical & technical skills, which includes an understanding of interventional procedures and terminology
• Demonstrated effective organizational management and planning skills
• Demonstrated technical selling skills, including the capacity to quickly learn new products as well as new markets
• Current, valid driver's license and meet all credentialing requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, which include a demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Ability to travel overnight, up to 50% and must reside in Columbus, Ohio or surrounding areas

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with cardiac medical devices
• Previous Wire and Catheter sales experience.

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
