The role emphasizes organizing, communicating with medical professionals, and ensuring timely document delivery in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have experience in legal or healthcare-administrative roles, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Formación

• Experience in legal, medical, or administrative support roles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with attorneys, nurses, and staff to retain medical experts for litigation.
• Communicate with experts regarding availability, scheduling, and assignments.
• Prepare and distribute medical records and expert review packages.
• Ensure expert packages include necessary records and documents.
• Track status of requests and submissions; follow up on outstanding items.
• Deliver medical records and materials to retained professionals on time.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and deadlines.
• Assist with scheduling expert consultations, evaluations, and depositions.
• Organize electronic files containing medical records and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed.
