Capital Health in Pennington, NJ is seeking an Equipment Technician to support the department with routine, urgent, and complex equipment needs, ensuring readiness for patient care across locations.

You will oversee stocking, cleaning, decontamination, and maintenance of instruments, coordinate with Clinical Equipment and Central Supply, and provide courteous service to staff and patients while following aseptic techniques.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• AHA BLS; CPR certification required.
• Experience in medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology; proficient in English; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Locates, cleans, decontaminates, sets up, and prepares instruments and equipment for the department.
• Assists in keeping department clean and orderly and stocked with supplies.
• Demonstrates aseptic technique in all aspects of job duties.
• Contacts other departments for assistance as appropriate.
• Provides courteous service to staff and patients and supports the healthcare team.
