Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 4 years’ experience in Medical Equipment Planning or related field (Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Architectural Medical Planning).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with project management capability.
• Proficiency with Attainia Software and 4 Tower.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the equipment planning process, including budgeting, equipment lists, inventory, user meetings, procurement, deployment, and activation support.
• Maintain clinical equipment standards across project development and final procurement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards for medical equipment.
• Develop equipment specifications by coordinating with users and stakeholders.
• Track budgets, monitor procurement, and report status and risks to the project team.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with PDC, 3PL, and end users.
