Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in healthcare medical equipment planning or clinical engineering.
• Experience supporting medical equipment planning for construction, renovation, relocation, major replacement, or technology refresh projects.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and capital budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level medical equipment planning for major capital projects, renovations, expansions, relocations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment plans, budgets, schedules, and decision logs from programming through activation.
• Coordinate with PDC, IT, Supply Chain and vendors to ensure equipment requirements are reflected in drawings, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to optimize lifecycle, standardization, and capital spending across projects.
