Job summary

Prescott’s Med in Monument, CO is seeking an Inventory Associate to verify and maintain inventory through daily cycle counts in NetSuite, support internal operations and order fulfillment. You will ensure accurate documentation, receive parts, and prepare shipments for external orders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in inventory control or GMP medical manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong MS Office, Word and Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; accurate counting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and enter results into NetSuite.
• Receive parts, verify paperwork, and pack for storage.
• Inspect parts for quality and stock levels.
• Ship packages per shipping guidelines and track movements.
• Assist with inventory audits and documentation.
