Job summary

Prescott’s Med in Monument, CO is seeking an Inventory Associate to verify, track, and maintain stock for repair and production activities. The role requires accuracy and a hands-on approach in a dynamic environment.

You will perform daily cycle counts in NetSuite, process receipts and shipments, and ensure paperwork and packaging meet QA standards while supporting internal operations and external orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment experience.
• Proficient in data entry with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); strong Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; accuracy in counting and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cycle counts and enters counts into NetSuite.
• Receives parts internally and from the field; verifies paperwork.
• Packages parts for storage and ensures PCB parts are in anti-static bags.
• Verifies order quantities and ships parts per guidelines.
• Assists others in locating parts and records all movements in NetSuite.
• Completes quality control documents and supports shipping processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
