Job summary

GlobalMed Logistix, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support operations by managing inventory for medical device accounts. You will use inventory systems to distribute products, maintain counts, and analyze metrics.

The role involves NCR coordination with the Quality Department and ensuring proper disposal of obsolete items. You will perform cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and generate reports while helping improve efficiency in warehouse operations and storage practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, JDE) is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excel data analysis experience and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory systems to track, monitor, and distribute products.
• Maintain accurate counts through regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor shelf life, expiring inventory, and storage compliance.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and service metrics for review.
• Support quality initiatives and document inventory-related transactions.
